A restaurant recommended by a taxi driver and tour guide. We went for lunch after our river rafting trip. The restaurant is located in a beautiful, spacious space overlooking the Preguiça River, with places to relax and enjoy the scenery, as well as tables both indoors and outdoors. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped, unlike most places we visit. The food is very well-served, with a selection of typical fruit desserts. The food was good but maybe my expectation was too high. The place is very nice and the service was above average. We ordered the house recommended Shrimp in the pineapple (serves 2) and a Chicken Parmegiana for 1 that for sure would serve 2. The service includes transportation from your staying place to the restaurant and back (really nice but need to call/send message in the whatsapp upfront). They also serve Pizza that seemed good and much cheaper than the other plates. Recommended to go as a couple for a nice end of day in Lencois...

The place was very crowded when we went for dinner there on a weeknight. Out drinks took 30 min to arrive and the starter came a little later still. The main course never arrived and was apparently given to other customers by mistake - we had waited for an hour by the time they discovered the mistake. The waiter blamed the fact the we “had not finished out starter” rather than admitting fault. Unacceptable. I would avoid this restaurant as the staff is clearly overwhelmed by the large number...
