I would give this place 4 stars because the food was good and fresh and the staff were great. I love it when there is an army working. However, with Covid they have done very little to prevent the spread as far as the sharing of the food service utensils. It was pretty busy and also didn’t feel very safe. Domingo, 23/04/2023 a noite! Pensem numa experiência ruim, melhor PÉSSIMA, foi oque aconteceu ao parar no Graal Embaixador. Para começar uma fila enorme na entrada pelo fato de só uma catraca estar funcionando e não ter comandas, aí um funcionário faz a entrega manual para eliminar a fila e não entrega comanda para a Criança de 7 anos. Na hora de pesar a comida, SEMPRE em qualquer Graal que paro, faço o registro das 3 refeições em uma única comanda, no Embaixador a funcionária se recusou e ficou falando que era obrigação minha pegar comanda para a criança, depois que fui buscar uma comanda na mesa com minha esposa, ele registrou 2 em uma e 1 em outra. Aí vou pegar talheres, só que NÃO TINHA e ao questionar outro funcionário, resposta foi: "Tem que esperar" Depois de alguns muitos minutos aparece uma funcionária com talheres, quase não suficientes para quem estava esperando. Sem falar na LIMPEZA, onde para limpar as mesas os funcionários jogavam no chão as migalhas e restos de comida.
