Stoutt's Lookout Bar — Restaurant in Tortola

We stopped in at Stoutt's on a whim on our way to dinner. We were driving by and took the time to turn around and go back (if you've driven in Tortola, you know how badly we wanted to go back and stop in). Their view is an incredible view of Can Garden Bay. Service was great, and the people were even better. The view- astounding. The people- amazing. The rum- incredible. Try the pantydropper, made on the island. Or a blended drink. This is literally one of the best little lookouts in the entire world, and I've been to every hemisphere. I'm not being dramatic when I say the view brought a tear to my eye. I have a partially degenerated spine and every view like that I get to take in is a blessing. I pray that Irma and Maria have spared taking too much from these genuinely sincere people. I don't understand how anyone could not give Stoutt's five stars. You take the view, the people, the cocktails and beers and you have a gem with the most magical view. All the staff were fantastic. We haven't eaten at the little food shack they have, but, don't expect this to be a hoity Michelin place. It's a gorgeous small bar on top of a hill with a great view. You get exactly what you should get there and I and my wife will be back the before we leave on this...
