I went here because we were craving some sushi during our week tour. It was incredible flavors. Everything we ordered was high quality. From wahoo to spicy Tuna rolls, every dish was delish, but I think the food choice concept is what's wrong with the place. Basically, you have 2 choices. You have a set menu good outside the main dinning area, or you could sit around in a lounge area or at the sushi bar. But there's only certain things you can order, so you can't get, for example, uni or any other things you may be craving that's not on their set list. For main dinning restaurant again on a set course for $275 of person. I think the concept is off, you want to get a crowd in there, and if you want to make this place a success you need to cater to anybody and everybody. Think Saba rock around the corner. There's a 100- 200 people in there at any one time. Guarantee almost all of them eat sushi, but you're not catering to any of them with your current menu system. All the best of luck. Great restaurant. Great, beautiful location, great atmosphere.

We had an incredible time at Ikigai! Our 6-person party were served to perfection. You can only access the restaurant by boat ride. The views from the restaurant were unreal! My grandma and mother have many dietary restrictions and they accommodated with no issues. 3 of us did the Omakase and it was incredible - also accommodated our dietary restrictions. The head chef, Luis, was so personable and knowledgeable. The bartender was so great and offered to make us cocktails off the menu. Definitely order the matcha cheesecake. It was a wonderful experience!

So nice to see Biras Creek make a comeback. Nice new docks including a good dinghy dock. Beautiful walk up to the Bar/restaurant as they have replanted many much of the flowering vegetation Biras was known for. We only had drinks and only one small building is open but it's a great start. Had a wonderful Margarita with a great sunset view. A long road ahead to rebuild a property ignored for 10 years but a great start... Bring your bug spray. The wonderful vegetation also attracts quite a few mosquitoes when the wind is calm.

As we expected, the dinner was fantastic with a Caribbean atmosphere, with a lot of Japanese aroma! It was a very particular sensation, the image of the bar with Gustavo behind it was impressive, giving it a Japanese presence with his image, and his very professional style, and even more so when his assistant appeared serving, really fantastic both; and contrasting with the image of the local waiters with their black uniforms, which gave them that unique mix of being in a truly special place. We were very surprised by the excellent treatment and service of those who attended us, very friendly, always a smile, explaining each Japanese dish in a very glamorous Caribbean language!!!!! that dazzled us!

IKIGAI 生き甲斐 It is a Japanese word that is difficult to translate, it has several meanings about the purposes of life. Every human being has a different Ikigai and that makes them a unique being.

We are very happy to return after a long time to Biras Creek with its renovated Restaurant, beautifully decorated, with a very Caribbean style but with a Japanese flavor, congratulations Gui and Asis for such a successful project in the...

We've been around North Sound for a few weeks when looking for new places to eat found this sushi restaurant. At first we were very skeptical about the reviews. Finally decided to go, but couldn't do reservations like the webpage suggested. Still we headed up to the place. When we got there they didn't have power. Still the staff were very attentive and offered drinks and the menu options available (no power no kitchen). Half an hour later power came back and full menu with it. What a great surprise, the food is incredible. The best sushi we experienced in a long time. If you are around here, please go and have dinner you will not be disappointed. The place is beautiful and great views. Be aware it's not...
