Seaworld Neptune Restaurant — Restaurant in Jerudong

Ate here a few times, didnt manage to post review cause food was too good till no chance to take any photos or videos! Today we tahan a bit for a quick video and photo, dont waste time then straight whack everything.

Honestly, this is one of the best establishments to eat fresh seafood here. Quite a number of method of cooking to choose from so can try it out for those adventurous foodies. Lots of seating available, there is surau above and can do booking for functions too.

Servers are attentive and taking orders was fast. Orders are also served promptly. Warm and cold water are complementary. We are also given complimentary cut fruits!

Mango Seabass was bursting of flavours, fried crispy and the mango salad sauce is just tasty. Tried Gong Bao Squid, sauce is nice and squid are cooked perfectly. Cereal Prawn and Buttermilk Chicken is all time favourite so surely we order! Vege dishes are not overcooked, still can feel the cruncyness of the various veges. Also we tried fresh Sashimi Oyster, clean and good!

Overall we really enjoyed the food here as its fresh, tasty and nice flavours and lastly, not heavy on the wallet.

If you fancied some seafood, this place is a great place to start. The squid and prawn were amazing. Especially the batter prawn, it's taste so good that I buy twice and tapau it back home.

Aside from how delicious the food is, the restaurant also pretty large and have great lightning for photos. Good place for family gathering event. Plus, Staff is also friendly and understanding. Good service.

The only drawback for me is the food is pretty pricy but at least the drink have cheap option. And that rice portion for a meal is not enough and it is so unsatisfying.

But aside from that, I'm very happy to go to this restaurant for the 2nd times and tapau the batter...

The food was mid.. the tofu Beancurd has gone bad and smell so bad. The sweet and sour chicken and mangkuk manis veg is really good.. the crab just wasn’t fresh!

But the worst part is the services from the waitresses, they’re horrible!

Would not recommend here if you can’t stand bad service!

Wasn’t paying attention to our orders and even missed our orders.. just plain rude waitress! She literally was talking to colleagues while we were telling her our orders and just wrote everything on paper then left without repeating order or saying thank you.
