restaurant Sofia — Restaurant in Nesebar

Terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was overly pushy and didn't listen at all. I clearly asked for shashlik—not once, but at least ten times, even pointed at the photo on the menu. Despite that, they brought me something completely different. After I sent it back, they casually told me they don’t even have shashlik. Unbelievable.

We ordered a glass of juice and without asking, they brought out a liter jug instead. Half the menu items weren’t available, including the dish I spent all that time trying to order. On top of that, the mashed potatoes were served cold, which was just the cherry on top of a very bad meal.

All in all, it felt like they were more focused on upselling and rushing than actually listening to their customers. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this...

Unikajcie tego przybytku szerokim łukiem! Powiem tak - nie wystawiam negatywnych opinii, albo przynajmniej staram się nie wystawiać takowych. Ale to co spotkało nas w Bistro Sofia, postaram się jednak opisać dokładniej. Pomimo bardzo rożnych opinii postanowiliśmy odwiedzić jednak to "bistro" 😉 Po wejściu pojawił się średnio miły starszy pan kelner, wręczył menu. Prześledzilismy kartę, zamawiamy. I tak, jednej pozycji niema, kolejnej niema, następnej niema... Ok, po chwili zastanowienia zamawiamy spagetti bolognese, mieszany grill, parlenka, napoje. Czekamy. Dostaliśmy napoje,  później reszta dań w ustalonym bułgarskim reżimie podawania (wiecie o co chodzi 😉) I co? Z musu i z głodu częściowo zjadamy to co nam podano. ... ale dania z grilla słabo dopieczone, niektóre mięsa surowe w środku, makaron bolognese to zmiksowana ciapa z mięsem z rozdrobnionego kjufte, czy kebabcze. Niezadowoleni prosimy o rachunek. Niesympatycznych, gburowaty, starszy pan kelner przynosi smjetke opiewającą na 40 BGN. Cóż, trudno. Wkładam odliczoną sumę do tego nazwijmy to "piórnika" 😉 ale wtem podbiega pan gburowaty, sprawdza zawartość  i żąda kategorycznie napiwku! Tłumaczę więc, iż nie mam w zwyczaju zostawiać napiwku, gdy jedzenie było niesmaczne ( chyba to normalne?) Więc gburowaty, niesympatyczny starszy pan kelner stwierdza , że i tak muszę mu zapłacić "tax turist - 2 BGN" . Nie chcąc wchodzić już w dalszą polemikę zostawiłem mu te 2 leva, i ciao! Nigdy więcej! Was wszystkich jednak, czytających moją opinię przestrzegam przed tą knajpą. Idźcie lepiej gdzieś indziej, nad morze, np. Morska Perła. A Bistro Sofia zostawcie dla tych co chcą poeksperymentować...

The waitress was extremely impolite and rude. Her despicable comments included naming us for not ordering and discriminating against a clients age who did not understand Bulgarian. The same behaviour was observed with another member of staff which only further worsened the experience. In addition the food was mediocre at best which was not compatible with the pricing. We would not recommend this place going forward not only because of the food but also mainly because of the service and the way both staff and customers...
