I recently had a disappointing experience at the Burger King located at 455 Sengkang, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, my expectations were not met in terms of both the quality of the food and the level of service provided.

One of the major issues I encountered was with the fries. It was evident that they had been reheated multiple times, as they lacked the freshness and crispiness that one would expect from a fast food establishment. Instead, they were limp, greasy, and tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Reheating the fries over and over again is simply unacceptable, and it greatly affected my overall dining experience.

Another disappointing aspect was the Mexican drumlets. I ordered them with the expectation of enjoying juicy and flavorful chicken. However, what I received was quite the opposite. The drumlets were dry and lacked any semblance of juiciness. It was clear that they had been overcooked or left out for an extended period, resulting in a disappointing texture and taste.

The speed of the preparation of the food by the staff in the kitchen seemed okay, but the staff at the counter seemed to be slow. After they finished preparing my order (excluding the drinks) they left my order on the table and took quite a long time to prepare my drinks, causing my food to turn a bit cold. Many customers left their leftovers on the tables after leaving the shop and those tables weren't cleared by anyone after that at all. I went there for my meal that night, and throughout my meal, no one helped to clear those tables.

Fortunately, my order didn't turn very cold and had just begun to do so. The chicken burger with chili crab sauce was not bad, and it is CNY special. I don't know when it will stop.
