2024: Best Coffee Roaster in Burundi! We love their beans for coffee at home. Cappuccinos are very good, but usually strong. Food isn’t as impress and we rarely go for a meal, but coffees are all fantastic. Service is ok, though would love if the waiters were more welcoming and personable. Service can take a long time and internet isn’t great in general, which is sad as it’s great, relaxing atmosphere. Strange thing, supposedly there are “VIP” sections and have actually told us we can’t sit in the cabanas, which is frustrating when you want privacy for a meeting and is uncomfortable to be judged as not important enough.
2019: Coffee is amazing, the iced Moka was very rich in coffee bean flavor, and the burrito is pretty good though better without the mayonnaise they put in it. Would préfère if the tortilla wasn’t fried as it’s a little heavy. Beautiful garden, but lots of mosquitoes downstairs at times but better when you go up the stairs to the upper patio. Love the big couches up there as well. Lots of electrical outlets. And a baby changing table...
