This was a dire experience.

I arrived at 4:30pm for a table of 2 with my girlfriend and was sat quickly to order drinks and food. We ordered sparkling water, cocktails, a caviar starter and main courses. There was a shift change and the standards left with the waitress. As the main course never arrived and nobody checked in, I went to the bar to order another round.

About 45 minutes later, after starters, an arrogant hostess, wearing enough makeup to make bobo the clown blush, appeared at the table and abruptly and unapologetically told us, “you need to move,” with a brief explanation that the table was already booked. The attitude she left us with is that we were second class citizens.

After back and forth we then had to wait to pay, and before that even happened yet another waitress told us it was time to move.

The manager with all the psychological constitution of a wet lettuce didn’t make eye contact as he came over, or even speak directly to us.

Ultimately, the food that actually arrived tasted nice, but you’d get better quality service at a McDonalds on the M1.

Great decor, mediocre service, decent food. Went there for lunch with my family and we really love the look of the place. It's beautiful and welcoming. There's a charming waitress who works outside on the terasse. I'd definitely suggest that you sit outside when you go there if you want some good service. We made the mistake of sitting indoors because of the decor and to enjoy the AC, but we soon regretted it when we were served by a very rude and unprofessional waitress. She made several mistakes regarding our order, she seemed like she didn't want to serve us and she spoke rudely.

As for the food, it's quite good, but being a vegetarian I have to admit that I was disappointed. There are no vegetarian options apart from the breakfast. We were lucky enough that the chef agreed to make us a breakfast dish for lunch, because they don't usually do that. I hope they will consider adding some veg/vegan dishes...

If you order food, make sure you will like and eat it. Because if you don't like your food and decide change it, they will make you pay for it. No change of food and customer satisfaction is not a priority there. Make sure you know and are familiar with what you want to order, otherwise you will be disappointed big time. Most customers of this are foreigners (UE & US) but this place doesn't have the minimum customer service experience standard. All they give you is nonsense excuses.
