Chill Out — Restaurant in Cocody

Chill out used to be my relaxing spot till last night 13th April. I took a couple of friends out for a good time and chill-out was the designated spot. We got there and the ambiance seemed to have changed with lots of kids with their folks at 9 pm. It seemed more of a kids amusement park at night!! Ok, that was by the way; so we ordered our dishes of choukouya de Mouton (grilled lamb mixed with onions and some herbs). We ordered 2 dishes and when it came out, we were waiting for the second dish and the waiter told us that it was the 2 dishes. It was the smallest portion ever. We felt scammed. Now that was still by the way, till we looked closely at the dish and saw 2 STRINGS OF NASTY LOOKING THREAD IN THE FOOD!!! HORRENDOUS!!!! We thank God this happened in front of the waiter. We still had to actually haggle to get the attention of the manager before they took their jolly time to bring the bill that removed the price of one of the lamb dishes!! For them, that was their compensation only after we brought it up. They had initially figured it wasn't a big deal and couldn't wrap their head round the fact that this was brought to their attention. The fact that they minimized the gravity of the situation was appalling. For all we cared, the thread might have come from the dregs of a garbage can!!! Either way, that's it for us!! We are done with chill- out. The only good thing was the music. Too bad that the quality of their service has declined...

I was surprisingly surprised. This place is even not far from where I live. It got a nice atmosphere. I went there for drinks only and the weather was not good. Who cares. , 😂. The content was good. Nice service. No waiting time. Drinks are affordable. Beer at least. They got different settings and seating seats depending on the availability. I guess you may need to reserve dining seats. Payments by card is available. Toilets are clean. They got nice open space where you can smoke. Music is not that loud. Unless you're next to the DJ. Parkings are available outside and it's secured . Nice finding especially if you love open...

I like this place for the ambiance, but the music is far too loud! The seating arrangement is uncomfortable and the service is nonexistent. You'll see the waiter once during your time there it's quite disappointing. They have a good selection of drinks and food, which is not bad. If you're looking for a chilled night out with friends, to have a good meal, chat and enjoy, find another place! This place is more for random couples who meet and don't care to talk much, which is ideal since they won't hear anything over the...
