Excellent place for a good lunch or dining. Lovely place, knowledgeable staff, fresh and tasty food. Waiters please be mindful how many times and how you interrupt conversations ;-) —- I’m editing my first review because I was very disappointed on my last visit: cold food, not really what the menu suggested (lamb chops ordered, the plate served was one tiny lamb chop and two pieces of bones with some lamb on it), noisy, and when the bill came one dish had increased substantially on the invoice. When I enquired I was told that it is because of a price mistake on the menu. Not the worst place in Bassam, but never...

I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food there. From starters to deserts, every dish is prepared with finesse. The choice of the ingredients and spices is made with only one goal... to please your taste buds!!! Beside the amazing food , you will appreciate the environment you enjoy your food in. The decoration and colors are well chosen and the waiters are so nice.

However, make sure to make a reservation on weekends because that place gets packed pretty quick (doesn’t hinder the the speed of service)

I highly recommend this place if you ever...

Had a delightful lunch at this restaurant. I had Merou (grouper) with mashed potatoes, that was very good, and my friend had a vegetable gratin and a salad, which were both good. We finished off with a passion fruit mousse. The dark blue walls exhibit several paintings (at the time of our visit with African motifs and bright colors) that are for sale and make the room feel welcoming. The wooden furniture give the restaurant a beachy atmosphere, but the tablecloths and napkins elevate it and give it a French look. Service was very friendly, but not...

Very charming little restaurant with an excellent menu - the one thing missing is more/better vegetarian options. The food is really nice and as is the environment. Also it’s a good idea to reserve a table in advance during weekends. The sole meunière was delicious, as was the French onion soup. Didn’t like the carp noire or steak tartare. Loved the chocolate mousse and the ceviche 👌🏼The staff are nice. One major minus point however is that they don’t accept payment by card so bring lots of cash.

Visited this restaurant yesterday, so happy I stopped by. The food was amazingly delicious. I ordered fish served on a bed of spinach, carrots, and some kinda sauce. The cocktail was nicely made, i enjoyed every drop! Now lwts get to the staff--they were wonderful and patient especially since I didnt speak any french. My servers were Stefan and another gentleman, their service was impeccable. I highly recommend this place, you will enjoy the food immensely!
