I had the most extraordinary dining experience at Shiba ! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance, which perfectly set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

The food was nothing short of spectacular—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with vibrant flavors.

I had really been looking forward to trying Shiba, after hearing good things. Maybe I was just unlucky that day (Sunday 15/06/2025) but I was disappointed with the shrimp pad thai: the shrimp were burnt and bitter, and there was fried tofu in the dish that wasn’t listed. Par où commencer ?

Tout d’abord commençons par le plus important les plats. Personnellement je ne suis pas un grand amateur de cuisine thaïlandaise à la base mais j’ai été agréablement surpris par l’expérience. Les plats étaient tout simplement succulents et m’ont réconcilié avec cette cuisine. Notamment grâce à des saveurs parfaitement équilibrées et une fraîcheur surprenante comme vous pouvez le constater dans les photos. Gros coup de cœur pour les satay et les gyozas.

Venons en à la décoration qui est un véritable point fort : un mélange entre des références pop culture et une élégance chic qui crée une ambiance unique et conviviale.

Le troisième point c’est le prix. Et encore la c’est un point fort avec un rapport qualité-prix, sur lequel il n’y a rien à redire : les portions sont généreuses, les ingrédients de qualité, et les prix restent très accessibles.

Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir, et cette fois, je compte bien goûter d’autre saveur et les desserts pour lesquels il ne me restait plus de place aujourd’hui.
