Sina is a pillar of this local community.
The restaurant offers a number of fantastic Khmer dishes and a few western favourites, though the Khmer stuff is where she truely shines.
The char gadow is a lemongrass infused pad Krapow, a dish i've only ever had a Sina's. Her Khmer style larb and cabbage slaw are also belters!
Her Nahm Ban Chock (when available) is the most delicious and beautiful presented I've ever had!
When I stay in the village I eat at Sina's at least once a day. The grounds are beautiful, with puppies and ducks roaming freely and the whole family helping out.
Everything is made fresh from scratch so expect to wait if it's busy - but rest assured the wait is worth it!

Sina and her family have a huge heart and have been helpful in so many ways. She has cooked food for my groups soo many times, both up in the village but also helped us cook BBQ in the sunsets on the beach with many of my larger tourist groups!
