This was the WORSE customer service experience I have ever encountered in Douala, Cameroon! First of all the inconvenience of them having 1 restaurant but TWO different dinning rooms depending on what type of food you would like is inconvenient. The back restaurant which serves bbq/grilled meat has a nicer decor than the front/main restaurant. We had to get up and change locations just to eat bbq. The waitress when we entered did not even look at us or welcomed us. We had to sit ourselves, and had to call the waitress to come help us to get any type of service. When the waitress finally came over to our table she ROLED HER EYES and just starred at us. No hello, no good afternoon, nothing. Just a angry face that made us feel so uncomfortable. I finally asked are you not going to great us? She took a deep breath and said hello. From there I wanted to make sure I publicized the horrible service I received from these unprofessional kids. We finally ordered, and tell me why JUICE, a simple juice is 3,500FCA. I have the money, but with the poor horrible service I will not give them more then my food cost. It took them 15min just to get us a water bottle. We needed help with something and in the lobby all we see is all 3 servers following one customer and completely ignoring us because come to find out the person was a local “actress”. So they favored a known person(mind you we don’t know this fake artist because we are American). They decided to ignore us for 1 person. The lack of professionalism was crazy! Finally when they came back(because they completely left). They finally assisted us. The food was actually good, but the team is horrible, rude, unprofessional, classless and GHETTO! I will be making this experience public because the disrespect I received in the establishment was so shocking. Do better please! You have a beautiful restaurant and great food, but your team are amateurs...
Read moreGreat environment but customer service was absolutely ridiculous. Long wait for food without anyone attending to you except you have ask more than twice. Visited twice in a space of a week and some of the staff attitude was disgusting acting like they were doing the owner a favour by working there. For such a wellknown person like Emy you will expect better from her staff than the reality you are face with when you visit. On the same note few of the waitresses are ok. Food was a 50/50 . Not a good experience for me and my friends on both visit. Maybe the staff are only polite and friendly when the owner is present I don't know but from what I witness the owner need to do better with her staff if she intend to increase her customers...

At 7:15pm on a Friday night, we were told 70% of the menu was not available (finished, by whom?)
The waitress only brought one set if silverware for 2 people..we had to ask for a second plate.
Taste wise, the meal did not make any lasting impression.
Worst customer service ever: we were held "hostage" for over 45 minutes to wait for change on 10000 francs during dining prime time !
The waier chanceline would pass by us without the slightest thought about our situation..
