I recently had the pleasure to visit the Palladium lounge, and I must say it was a truly remarkable experience.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was stylish with luxurious and attentive, making sure that my experience was as enjoyable as possible.

The drinks menu were extensive, with a great selection of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails. I opted for a classic mojito which was expertly crafted and full of flavor. The food menu was also impressive with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. I opted for the steak, which was cooked to perfection and served with a side salad.

Beautiful place , good location, nice food, good shisha but lack of professional customer service, I love the vibe and everything but the customer service is zero, not the waitresses sitting on the side of the couch while customers are sitting right next to them 🤣🤣🤣and not even checking on customers if they need anitin or if evritin is ok , you have to wave at e waitress anitime u need something and they be frowning like they where obliged to work . Just improve on the customer service and trust me this place...

Located directly opposite tchop et yamo bonamoussadi, clean and cozy, beautiful decor , delicious food cutting across many varieties of African dishes and the pricing is quite reasonable as compared to the quantity you get served. However, customer service is poor… waited over an hour before food came and every time you need something no service available. I must add the pepper soup is a MUST try…so...
