Exceptionally poor value. All A&W locations in Alberta seem to be this way. No combo meals. Yes, if you want fries with that it's about 4 bucks extra. There are A&W locations in the greater Vancouver area with better pricing for the same food, Vancouver Island prices, with added trucking and ferry costs for freight aren't as high as here. But they do so much business here, that they could care less. Just look at the table tops. Worn out and slightly silver from the ground in aluminium trays the food comes on. Every table is like this.

Can't complain about this A & W. Easily accessible just off the Yellowhead Highway when heading west of Edmonton. Always have tasty, seasoned, and fresh burgers. Onion rings are also great. Of course A&w Root beer to top it all off. Place was clean and staff was courteous. I would return.

After sitting in the drivethru for 25 MINUTES, my onion rings were burned and cold. The service at this location seems to be going more downhill every time I come here. If it's going to take this long to get subpar food, I might as well drive further for quicker, better service and food.

This A&W is pretty well run, drive through window is usually pretty busy, but front counter staff mostly keep in store customers happy. A lot of fast food outlets concentrate on the drive through customers, these people seem to keep an even balance in that regard.I am never a drive through customer so I can't really comment from a drive through perspective. This is a truck stop A&W,so there can sometimes be a bit of a language barrier as well as some customers that they have think are the only customer in the world that is in a hurry!!!. The staff mostly handle these IMPORTANT people with a fair degree of professionalism. Some of these IMPORTANT people can't wait for 2 minutes to get a burger but they have time enough to stand at the magazine rack in the attached convenience store and read a couple of magazines without buying them. The booth tables are a bit cramped , ok for kids but a bit tight for adults, but they do have lots of tables with moveable chair . I don't eat a lot of fast food in my travels ,so probably my review should considered in...

I visited this location and purchased my meal through the drive thru. The line up was quite long and was taking so extended period of time. I noticed quite a few people handing orders back to the window attendant and I can only assume because there were some mistakes made.

When it was my turn to order, the speaker that you speak into to place your order was very "hazy / fuzzy " and it was extremely difficult to hear the drive thru attendant and I can only imagine it was just as difficult for them to hear me! Maybe this can be associated with the mistakes being made in the drive thru?

When I asked the very kind lady at the window, she said "I know i know, I get asked about 4 times every day about it and my boss knows!". I asked her how long it's been this way and she replied "well over a couple of months". I personally believe that if the service is being affected by the failure of the drive thru equipment than its the responsibility for the owner to fix it. This can ensure accuracy...

Service very slow at all Tim Hortons across Canada. Very few staff ..just 1 till opened. We went to one Tim Hortons in Quebec off the main highway and it was closed early in the evening. Another one in Northern Ontario had an immigrant woman on the till. She was not able to speak or understand English. She did not know how to operate cash register. We waited in line 30 +min. She was the only till open. She may have been training but no one was with her om the till. She got everyones order wrong..it was a zoo there. Other Tims had very little options to choose from after 6pm..sold out of alot of their menu. Not the Tims we used to love to visit. Very...
