McDonald's — Restaurant in Acton Vale

I have one star because unfortunately I can’t give lower then that It’s the slowest McDonald’s ever it toile 25 minutes for a fries and a coffee the person at the cash wasn’t very nice and didn’t even care he just said what do you want to order and that is it and all the employees inside at all lashing and talking to each other insted of serving the people that are waiting and when I told them it was long I had the young manager telling me to calm down completely unacceptable and the worst part it’s not the first time it’s always like that but unfortunately it was the only thing that was open if not I would of went some where else I don’t recommande that any one go there and not one time I got my order properly I am always...

This is a really bad location logistically, not so much geographically. The fact it’s built into an Esso station means the parking is pretty limited, and the drive-thru can easily fill up since there’s only one window to pay and get your food. We usually have problems with order accuracy, normally with McCafe being the wrong size, or the wrong combo of cream and sugar. There’s been plenty of times I’ve waited a significant time due to the lineup, but often waiting behind a large order that doesn’t get parked, as I only order coffee here.

Dommage si je pouvais mettre 0 et même que cela soit en négatif, je l'aurais fait. Personnel incompétent, lent, manque de sourire et semble plus perdu qu'autre chose. Cela sans parler d'une chef de quart idiote arrogante non polie manque de respect et extrêmement condescendante (je suis certaine qu'elle ne connait même pas ce mot), hautaine, méprisante, impérieuse et elle est très mauvais exemple pour les employés. Cela parait qu'il manque de personnel. Elle discute des problèmes du restaurant avec les clients, manque de discrétion et cela sans parler qu'elle va vapoter et retourne servir sans se laver les mains. La seule personne qui semblait bien c'était le gérant Jean-François. Situé sur un mauvais coin, très difficile de faire la file et super dangereux attendre en file sur l'heure du souper. Cela prend 30 minutes à 1 heure avant d'avoir une commande et cela c'est si la commande est correct. Je fais grandir les frites, il était à demi rempli... À ÉVITER!!! TENEZ VOUS LOIN DE CETTE FRANCHISE DU MCDO! Tant que les problèmes n''ont pas été régler. Pour avoir été superviseure et coordinatrice, foutez la chef de quart Karine dehors!!!!
