Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Adjala–Tosorontio

They RARELY have Wraps, bowls, chili, soup, wedges, or the specialty bagels available to order. Every substitute you will come up with won't be available despite it being on their menu until you settle for a beef/turkey sandwich or a pizza, it takes 5 min to order because you have to have to place an order and hear its not in stock, then decide on a new item, find out thats not in stock, and that goes on back and forth with the cashier for a while, i sent in an email asking whats going on and nothings changed. Used to go their daily and now i only go if im desperate enough to eat whatever they give me. Also, Always check your order before leaving, theres often mistakes/missing items, especially if theyre busy. Tim hortons just isnt how it used to be. Also no tables at this location just incase anyone wanted...

I thought the Tim Hortons in Beeton was the worst. This location is either tied for first for the worst Tim Hortons ever or a really close second place. First of all customer service, What a miserable person I dealt with. I even tried to make them smile and they just frowned more. The vanilla lattes we got were a complete rip off. It was like drinking cloudy water with a hint of vanilla. The turkey bacon club had half of a slice of bacon on it. The bun was so stale it was a day away from becoming breadcrumbs and there was no mayo and completely dry. This was the first and last time I will ever step foot in this Tim Hortons. And honestly Tim Hortons generally is just sucking all around. If you can avoid this Tim Hortons then go to the next one maybe...

Nice coffee as expected. The Cafe is a small corner/drive through in a gas station inside another gas station store. It has toilet /washroom. No table to sit but it's fine.

It was all good until the lady came in to ask if I could give a review and continue to direct me to put all 5 stars in all categories and click "post"? I just got my drink and I didn't even try it. I know the rating is important but maybe try another approach to get a customer to leave volunteerly review instead of pushing them to "give all 5 stars to all categories" when I replied ill see after I taste the coffee and finish paying another coffee order for my husband, she replied, "I expect all 5 stars from you"..?? Like I said, it was all good until...
