I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I experienced at your Location today . My visit was marred by an exceptionally poor standard of customer service that fell far below the expected McDonald's standard.
Upon arriving at the restaurant, my order was not only delayed but also mishandled. Despite waiting for an extended period—20 minutes to be exact—the order was ready and available on the station but was not handed over to me. This lack of attention to customer needs was distressing and does not align with McDonald's reputation for efficient service.
Moreover, the behavior of the associates was appalling. I was met with rudeness, indifference, and disrespect. The associate handling my order not only ignored my presence but also displayed a discourteous attitude, neglecting to respond to my inquiries and making displeasing faces in front of me. This conduct is unacceptable and does not meet the standard of professionalism expected from McDonald's employees.
What was particularly distressing was the suspicion that this mistreatment might have been motivated by discriminatory practices. I couldn't help but feel that the treatment I received was influenced by factors beyond the basic standards of service. No customer should be subjected to differential treatment based on ethnicity, race, or any other discriminatory factor.
As a customer, I value fairness, respect, and timely service. Regrettably, my recent experience at your establishment failed to meet these basic expectations. I urge you to address these issues promptly, ensuring that such incidents are not repeated, and that all customers are treated with equality and respect, in line with McDonald's standard of service excellence.

No one stands by or near the till
Constantly messing up basic orders (with and without special requests)
Kiosk orders that are unavailable are offered half the cost items in exchange, and you are laughed at if you check prices (constantly offered things 1-2$ cheaper than my other item)
Example! Ordered 2.69$ coruscant, offered a single muffin 1.49 in return, was laughed at by the manager when I asked if I could have two muffins because of the price difference, and chuckled when I wanted my money back

Another! Ordered a 4.49$ Milkshake, offered a 3.19$ drink in exchange, chuckled at AGAIN when I wanted a refund
THESE PEOPLE NEED THERE PRIVILEGES CHECKED, the one lady that works in the white suit is just DEPLORABLE!
Asked her for a refund on a smoothie, NOT even during the summer 1$ drink days, or the 2$ offer they have, no no, during the regular price season months ago and was b rated by her as she ran around the store asking "can someone help me with this DOLLAR refund? dollar refund? anyone? can someone help me" over and over and over, like its an insult or some sort of joke to her
Wasn't even gonna report her but after mutiple issues this needs to be brought up
But you know what?! I get up to the register and sure enough she owes me 3.19$ .... oh the look on her face was PRICELESS as she apologized under her breathe "sorry...." NOTHING MORE, NOT EVEN WHY she was sorry, but she knew

I ordered at the drive thru at around a quarter to midnight. There were no other vehicles and it took her about a minute to answer the intercom. The first item I ordered was 20 McNuggets and said I was willing to wait for “fresh” ones. She told me that they had to cook them fresh late at night. I also ordered three cheeseburgers and two medium fries. After driving up to the second window and paying, I waited for about 10 minutes to get my food. I figured after waiting that long the food should be fresh. I drove home which litterally was just 3 minutes away. That was one of the worst McDonald’s meals I have ever eaten. The McNuggets were not fresh and the fries were definitely sitting for quite some time because they were hard and barely warm. The burgers were freshly cooked but were missing mustard and onions. I ended up tossing them out. I lay blame completely on management for this. Whoever is supervising at night needs to be fired. I will not eat at this location again.
