A&W — Restaurant in Alberta

I had a delightful time stopping at this A&W. I was on my way to Edmonton from Ft. McMurray with 5 other coworkers. We had the Absolute pleasure to have Madison take our orders, she was super friendly and personable. After a nice friendly interaction I asked about her day and She informed me she had some less friendly people earlier in the day but still kept a great attitude and handle our hectic ordering expertly. Thank you for employing such wonderful people. Madison deserves some recognition for how profession and friendly she upholds herself....

This restaurant is approximately 200 km south of Fort McMurray. It is always our stopping point on the way to South from Fort McMurray. You can also fuel your vehicle right there. Washroom always neat and clean. However toilets are really small. You can hardly open toilets door! Food is always good for us. Staffs are friendly, served with smiles. Food prices are reasonable. Lots of parking lots around this restaurant. You can dine in or take out or drive through. They have very good sitting areas. Highly recommend to try...

Being a local to Wandering River I have had coffee and burgers here ever since they opened. The service has deteriorated extremely. Yesterday I was informed that I could no longer get my coffee in a glass mug. Paper cup only ... way to be environmentally friendly A&W. I was told that the glass mugs that are right there on the tray were for internal use only. But, I paid for my two coffees, they only gave me one. When I asked for the second they tried to charge me again. I am so disappointed that I will probably not...
