Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Alberta

We had a reservation for 8 adults and 3 kids today (July 13, 2021 @ 5pm). The service was ok, not bad but nothing memorable. The men’s washroom did not have a working toilet which is incredibly disappointing as we are camping and have no running water at our site. And when a guest requested to have no tomatoes in their food, it still had tomatoes - luckily it was just a preference and not an allergy. Also, they did not have any crayons for the kids to colour and were missing several key items on their menu which included steak, shrimp or any of the bowls. So when the bill came, our tip reflected the service/experience we received. As we were leaving the restaurant, we overheard our waitress and the young girl with buns in her hair talking about our table as they were clearing it off. They were scoffing out loud and rolled their eyes when discussing the tip - all within earshot of us!! Just to be clear, some of us tipped 10% and others 15%. That is nothing to scoff at considering how disappointing our visit was. We left angry and sick to our stomachs at the way we were treated by the staff. We had the worst restaurant experience. Will never be returning to this...

My husband and I took our daughter here for her birthday on Oct.3/2023. it was one of the worst meals we have ever had! Starting with the service...Our waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu at all. I asked her for the salmon power bowl without beets. She came back 10 min. later and said they didnt serve that at this location? Then she was leaving the table and i said can i have the menu back to pick something else?? so i then order the fiesta salad. She says without beets? And i say there isnt beets on this salad? We also ordered well done wings. Which came back rubbery and pink inside. We tell our waitress and so she brings us out more well done ones but charges us for both? And the 2 we ate made us sick !My daughters Thai wrap was dry and tasted like old lettuce and mayo? My salad was disgusting! i only could eat a few bites. It tasted like old lettuce and horrible guacamole. After the worst meal and experience ever to top it all off our bill was $132.35! horrible night out and ruined birthday supper and empty wallet = never...

Boston Pizza employee of the month. She had black hair and blue from pieces, and she was wearing all black, and she gave us stickers a whale, and a rockstar sticker in her eyeliner under her eyes was kind of blended out like a rockstar like the rockstar she gave us and then she decided to give us stickers, even though we didn’t know like kids, but she said we didn’t look like we were teenagers and we got the pull apart. We got the honey burger with fries then she got the fries with the quesadilla and cheese, pizza and spaghetti no cheese no cheese. It was on a Sunday, March 2 on 2025 and then she gave us a break and then she was so sweet she she said she called Tom Brody think they’re pretty pretty. She was about 5354.
