Very unhappy. My coworkers and I used to have a tradition of stopping at this DQ for blizzards after certain work days, and did so last week (Sep. 29). After leaving and beginning to eat our blizzards, we all agree that the milk used to make the blizzards must have been sour and call back to let the DQ know while simultaneously throwing them all out. We speak with what must have been the manager, listing off the 5 blizzards we got to confirm the order with him while stating that every one of them tasted sour. He proceeded to say that was no problem, and that we would have a credit at the store associated with a coworkers name and phone number the next time we stop by. Awesome!
We stopped by today to use this credit, only to be informed by the shift supervisor that the credit was for a single blizzard because the note left behind said 1 was sour, while she looks at the copy of the receipt the manager printed with all 5 blizzards on it. When we explained that all 5 were sour, and that we had communicated and confirmed that with the manager, she proceeded to say she "could not do anything for something she was not around to see".
Poor communication on behalf of management to the rest of their team. Poor customer service on behalf of the supervisor. Please tell me how only 1 of the 5 blizzards ordered at the exact same time and made with the same machine could have been sour. Am I missing something?

Read moreI’ve lived in claresholm for many years and have come here very often because I thought it was a good fast food restaurant but sadly over the last 2 years I’ve had to stop coming here as much because the service has been mediocre at best most. Most of the time I go there I ask for a very simple meal and they almost always mess my order up. Constantly giving me different burgers than what I asked or just leave things out all together. The same goes for the ice cream. They never seem happy and won’t even smile at you. As well as never politely asking if it’s debit or credit instead they silently hand you the debt machine. If the building is empty and there is no one else there I would hope you can make my order right in a timely manner. I’ve been to lots of Dairy Queens in the province of Alberta and this one is the only one that’s makes me uncomfortable with the service. It’s sad to see because I have always thought highly about this Dairy Queen. Read moreThis is the second time my friend and I have been here through drive through. We are locals and every where else is extremely respectful. This place really has gone down hill. We had ordered some drinks and some ice cream and redeemed a meal. When we had told her we wanted to redeem the mea she didn’t know what we meant. We then explained it to her and she was still confused.charged us for two. Then told us is then told us that’s what we said. We ordered two mini blizzards. One was a cookie dough with extra hot fudge and the other was a reeses peanut butter cup blizzard. And she managed to get BOTH wrong. we got a peanut butter party or whatever it’s called and the other one has walnuts in it like a turtles blizzard. The only thing that was right was our drinks. She then told us we ordered it wrong and she had said it out lour. Which she did not. She just told us to “drive up please”.
