The worst food I had eaten today.ordered vegetable samosa which is not even fried properly.when asked the server he replied oil might be different thats why it did not change color and irritating word he said we should ask samosas well done. I think its first time i hear well done for deep fried items even though I tried many restaurants around the world no one said that customer should ask deep fried item as well done.they were served late too he said they have take out orders it was busy which we understood but after eating this i was totally dissatisfied. we ordered baigan burtha which was served with naan bread which was very cold and baigan curry was like a mixed vegetable curry with full of green pepper and cauliflower i have no words to describe it, should almost search for baigan where is it in curry . on side when onions slices asked that was also soggy onions .for this whole stupid dissatisfying dishes we paid 27$.when told to server working ,food was bad he gave us dessert said to us carrot halwa but given in a big foot ball size bowl with a layer of halwa applied on bowl just for name sake ,topped with ice cream which was disgusting.I have no idea what dish cook gave in the name of desert .The total from appetizer to desert a big disaster dishes waste of money.I recommend to not to waste on these dissatisfying food at this restaurant wasting your money and valuable time better to buy a pizza slice which would fill...

Food: Absolutely delightful. I tried the fish curry, which had an excellent smokey flavour, spicy in the best way, with flaky fish. The rice and naan (just slightly crispy for a great texture) were a perfect addition. Also the portions were spot on for me! Not too much or too little.

Service: Could not have had better service; the owner Thomas let me sit where ever I wanted, talked me through the menu as I asked questions about the dishes, and had my order ready in 10 minutes. Fast, friendly, and helpful!

Setting: It was very clean and quiet, everything looked new or very well kept. It was classy and modern but didn't feel too extravagant; the mood was relaxing and comfortable for anyone who would want to try some great food!

Overall: I loved the food, I loved the service, and loved being there. I can't wait to go back so that I can try so many of the unique dishes, like the na-cos! I just wish the location was a little closer for me in Calgary so I could go more often. Also, even though everything was worth the price, it was a little higher budget than I like to spend for a meal, but I can't stress enough that you can easily pay the same amount or more at less exciting restaurants, I would much rather spend my money here, and it will definitely be a special night out that I look forward to many...

Had dinner at this location last night. We did not have a good experience at all. I am not the kind of person to write a review or be picky but I felt compelled to write this review because our diner last night was unbelievably bad. When we walked into the restaurant, there was not a single staff member to greet us. We found somewhere to sit, and it took 20 minutes before a server even came to greet us. We then waited another 5-10 min for a glass of water and were never asked if we wanted anything else to drink. The cups of water we did receive were dirty. we then waited another 20 minutes before our food order was taken and then waited over another hour for our food to come out. The food was not good either. The pasta dish was room temp, the fries were so burnt that they were literally almost black and were the texture of croutons. The children's menu pasta was hard. After we were served our food, the server disapeared for the entire time we were eating. Once we were ready to leave and pay our bill, we could not find him. We had to wait an additional 10 min after eating before we could even pay the bill. All in all, we entered this location at 6 pm, and did not leave until quarter to 9. It was a 3 hour ordeal, kids crying, long wait time, poor...

The place was being manned by a single person when we visited. A very nice gentleman who took our order and then was visibly worried when it was taking a bit of time to be served. We weren't in any kind of rush, so we were ok with it, but it turns out he had a few takeout orders on the go before our order. The food was hot when it came to the table. The steak bites could have used more salt and seasoning, but that, perhaps, is a personal choice. The pakora was REALLY good! The butter chicken was super flavorful, and I had the ChaCha burger, which is a lamb/beef patty, and it was also very good. We would gladly go again. The atmosphere was meh, not at all for a romantic date... Default furnishings, but we were there for the food, not the ambiance.

The food here is amazing! I’ve never had a dish I didn’t like. They always make the amount of spice exactly what I ask for. Good amount of food, in fact we are always so full when we leave! The Garlic Nann bread is the best. Decent prices. Very friendly staff. Always quiet, which is nice for conversation with my dinner guests. Great for a date, dinner with friends, or a large family get together. Highly recommend this hidden gem in the middle of Okotoks!

I ordered steamed and chili veggie momos, and they were delicious. I also ordered chow mein and lamb saag with garlic naan, which were also very tasty. The masala chai and gulab jamun were nice and warm. The owner was very polite, the service was excellent, and the prices were pocket-friendly. I would definitely stop by again the next time I'm in Okotoks.
