Probably worst food Iāve had in a while! Was expecting a good meal from the high reviews on here but it was the opposite. Everything we ordered was horrible, except for the spinach dip. Salmon was way over cooked and the chef just turned it to make it look better- still looked horrible and super dry! The rice that came with the salmon looked three days old and microwaved it was stuck together and very dry! The chicken on my salad was extremely dry and cold I couldnāt eat it. The chicken quesadilla was so dry and cold! The bread was burnt and the vegetables that came with the steak that we ordered after were drenched in oil and inedible! We didnāt eat anything we ordered and initially only offered us a free desert! Later they gave us 50 percent off three items and still paid $160! Our waitress Amy was really nice but the manager that was working was stuck up and didnāt even bother come apologize to us when Amy was trying her best to make our experience better. As someone who has family in the restaurant business for over 30 years, I would have a second look at the chef and managers running the place. Not to mention the food took 50 minutes to arrive! Huge...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was really disappointed to find out that they wouldn't offer anyone besides kids to order off the kids menu or even their staff. Yes I understand it's for kids but some people can't eat alot and don't wanna waste money on bigger meals or take home food to be soggy. Any other resturant I have been to allows people to order the kids sized portion. So odd to have the waitress tell me ( it's cause we are a cooperate restaurant ).
As they dont offer half sized meals for people or any option for seniors or people who may not be able to eat alot.
Won't be going to the one in sylvan lake as they also had little to no options that aren't seafood related for starters even. PS the chicken fingers taste really weird. Sad to have had to get food from a different place. First and last time I will be going to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery interesting Management process, called on a Friday to make a reservation for three people on the next day Saturday at 6:30 pm. The person on the phone said certainly took all our credentials and then asked to place me on hold to check with the Manager. Once returning she stated that they were already 50% booked and no longer taking reservations and only allowing walk ins! This must be a new management procedure when a restaurant does not want to book their capacity to as close to 100% reservations as possible. I guess walk in business is better then a reserved group for a celebration. Not the best way to create a good relationship with the community. I guess it creates for interesting future conversations with family and friends about the place. Signed confused...
