Rite Spot Pizza & Steak House — Restaurant in Alberta

I got paper towel baked into my pizza. They tryed to tell me that it came from the knife wile he was cutting it but it was centered in the middle of my slice of pizza. They did replace my pizza with a new one with no discounts just a lie and a apology. Not too bad for the first time there I don't think I'll ever be beck. The service on the other hand is the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. The waitress was on her game she had her drinks she had her menus to me quickly she was all over the floor to her other tables she was ready to ask me if my food was okay and promptly got the manager when things were not. Not sure if just bad timing or maybe this place has gone down hill. Ordered a large ham and bacon pizza 9/28/2021 for pick up around 5pm. So much grease it was literally pooled across the top. When picking up one of these super tiny slices it would poor off all over the place. I tried eating it but it was just so gross that i was gonna throw it away but instead made a co worker take it. Our group came for supper. We pre ordered food two weeks before arriving. The pizza was terrible. They were served burnt. The donair pizza stay away from, it tasted awful. My friend ordered a steak sandwich which resembled steak with fries....no sandwich. Weird so I spoke to the cook and he said that was the steak sandwich, but there is no bun, bread or anything resembling a sandwich of any kind..... Our party left unsatisfied...
