Subway — Restaurant in Alberta

DO NOT GET THE CHURROS! We stopped here on our road trip and tried two churros. She brought them out, “baked” them for 30 seconds then gave them to us. Took them to the car and we all spit them out. They were still frozen and dry!! Must have been freezer burnt. Went right back in to try get a refund. She kept saying sold out sorry. I made a complaint through corporate and the manager emailed me back. She said she’d share my feedback with the staff and hope they see us soon. No thanks!!! Stopped here to grab a bite on a long drive and I won't do it again and dont reccomend. All the meats were watery in the counter, the bread was wet, like sopping wet when I got my sandwhich and the only sauce I got was ranch so it wasn't because of that. (& it wasn't toasted) The cookies were slim pickings and clearly very stale.. I could of used them as a Frisbee. They went straight into the garbage. I got a flat bread sandwich that was stale. Veggies had started to yellow and very chintzy with with the toppings (no wonder they are starting to spoil)

And what's with the Punjabi music? You're in Canada dealing with the public. Show some Canadian pride and play normal radio stations please. Nobody wants to eat inside a restaurant where you can't understand the music nor is it part of the culture.
