The 90's Restaurant — Restaurant in Alberta

2023-Dec-15 update: They are almost never open from 2-4 pm, despite the hours they advertise. 2023-Aug-28 update: I'm in Oyen once a month for the pharmacy, and always have a meal in Oyen those days. My first choice is this restaurant ... and have found that 6 times in the past year they were not open for one reason or another. That's half the time for me. Today, and last month, they were on "holidays" as the sign said. Disappointed. Previous review: My first visit I had a cheeseburger and fries. It was an awesome tasting meal. Today I had the combo with ginger beef. It tasted great. I would have hated the vegetables in the dish if they were fully cooked, so I very much appreciated the partial cooking they got, leaving them crisp. Yeah, I don't have much experience with Chinese food! 😊. I will be eating there again when I'm in town. P.S. The host seems to have a smile bigger than the rest of her and...

Ha! Wow ! What a gem! on way from Saskatoon to calgary and landed in Oyen, smack middle of drive - based in other reviews tried it and was amazed - fantastic Canadian/Chinese restaurant ! Veggie and black pepper, SS pork, ginger beef, chow mein, all really good! Veggies crisp! Great sauces! I would not hesitate to recommend them - did it take over two hours for my take out order - yes! But that means it’s popular ! ! Very gracious in customer service too - if coming through this way again I’ll make a point of stopping in here again ! Really well done ! Recommend...

This is our new favorite place between Lethbridge and Edmonton! The food came fast and was incredibly fresh and delicious. I had the Wor mein soup which is just an unbelievably yummy Wor wonton soup and the hubby had sweet and sour pork with beef veg and chicken fried rice. Best sweet and sour pork I've ever had! And the wontons in my soup were amazing! I can't say enough about this place, it's a gem! We also had the fried pork dumplings.......
