This location is a nightmare. Iâm not one to usually write reviews but when somewhere is so horrible I feel compelled too. I was super excited to have a âconvenientâ location in our neighbourhood, but itâs far from convenient. I much rather drive 15 minutes out, literally. Itâs such a shame, really. No wonder the reviews are all low and itâs always the same complaints. Youâd think an establishment would value customer reviews and make a change but clearly they do not care. Iâve been there maybe 10 times, you know, to actually provide the location a chance to redeem itself and not go on one experience. But 10 times has proven to be too generous. In that 10 times, I would say once and once only they actually had anything in my order (which was a simple larger order with ice caps and coffees). And the wait was okay compared to other times. Otherwise, they never get your food order correct, they never have anything you want in stock, food quality and prep is garbage, I can go on and on. Itâs extremely unfortunate and frustrating. I placed a mobile order this evening through the app. When I went through driveway, they had absolutely nothing. Fair enough. I requested a refund at the window where the workers told me a refund could be issued but then a supervisor came to the window. He explained he cannot issue the refund and I could only do this through the app. I decided to trust this but also asked him to write a note for the store manager as a back up as well as provide me with a physical receipt too with written notes. I had a feeling it was just empty words so I could leave. I proceeded through the app where customer support told me it was in fact the restaurant needing to refund me. What is really the case? Anyways, all this to say Iâll be going back to the restaurant tomorrow for the very last time to âhopefullyâ get my refund. Trying to remain hopeful at least but have another feeling there will be a new issue tomorrow. Itâs unfortunate considering inflation is such an issue as well. I donât really have much to say about the service because itâs just a âhow what can I get for youâ hands the food âhave a good dayâ the basics. But COME on!! The food and drinks are NEVER consistent. I live in a small neighbourhood, I can only go back so many times to get them to re-make my order without seeming like a Karen or a b**. Not only that but I SHOULDN'T have to go back EVERY-TIME I go to get them to remake it. Itâs gotten to the point where I come home and just throw it out, because itâs embarrassing how many times I have to go back! I ordered two ice Capps, once again like mentioned in my other review it always comes too dark or too creamy. Not only that but why do I have an EYELASH with MASCARA in my drink!!! Iâm actually so disgusted, I wonât ever come back here. Iâm OVER it and itâs not just me! Iâd much rather take the inconvenient 15-20 minutes out of my day to go to Alfred or Rockland so that I can have myself a nice drink or meal in the morning and enjoy it with no worries. Either do better and make your drinks accordingly or at this point close down because respectfully thatâs where youâre headed. i ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 bacon farmers wraps, i got my iced coffee pretty quickly but i had to wait over 20 minutes for my bacon farmers wrap. There were 2 girls infront of me also waiting and when they asked for their ETA; the cashier said bc of the drive thru, they prioritize them first? which i though was odd but alrightâŠ
when i asked the ETA for mine, the back employee girl in a rude tone said âwe already gave u your order, you have to listen for itâ but that a lie since i was waiting, close by, my ears wide open for my order to be called out and nothing was called, and the girls can also say the same thing bc we were ALL there.
