Saint-Crème Bar laitier is one of the best ice cream shops I’ve ever been to in my life. They offer amazing soft serve ice cream that is glazed with a variety regional dips. After a hike in the Saguenay Fjords, I wanted to treat my wife to dessert. This ice cream shop surpassed everything we expected. We were greeted by the affable Alexis and his friend who gave me tips on what to see around Lake Saint Jean and walked me through the different dips they offered. Alexis explained to me that his brother and him intended to turn the church into an ice cream shop and then a place for lodging for potential tourists. I loved his entrepreneur spirit! Delicious soft serve vanilla ice cream. I got a waffle cone with salted caramel dip. Lots of topping choices. Mochi available too. Great use of a church building! We had parked at the school next door for 3 days of cycling on the Véloroute & this was the perfect treat when we finished our ride/trip...

Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour Vincent et ses parents lors du dernier salon de la motoneige à Québec et nous lui avions promis une visite. Ce fût un réel bonheur de séjourner dans cette église convertie en hôtel et service de restauration. Tout est bien pensé. Un travail de moine pour pouvoir en arriver à ce résultat qui est exceptionnel. Vous voulez vivre une expérience hors de l’ordinaire, c’est l’endroit idéal pour le faire.
