I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but let's talk Mother's Day brunch. Folks, when you charge $55 for a buffet (a realistic price for Mother's Day), one expects a professional buffet. THE GOOD: Service is excellent, atmosphere is lovely. Live music is a great touch. NEEDS WORK: The buffet needed serious help. An omelette station is a great start, and the Thai green curry was good. However, the selection was lacking. Mother's Day is the busiest foodservice event of the year, and restaurants pull out all the stops to compete. From a professional foodservice and safety perspective, cold foods should always have a sneeze shield, and be elevated. Placing them on folding leg tables with no labels, right on face level for children with no shields over the food is unprofessional. I sensed that this was their first attempt at a buffet. I hope they take this feedback constructively, from someone with many years' experience in foodservice. The potential is there; they just need to remedy some key issues to justify...

The Xperience was a five star experience A delicate indian fusion cuisine perfect for this unreal place The location is aprox 15 minutes far away from the village but you are in paradise ! The service is very personalized and our waiter was incredible : a jewel in this frenetic world I had a Niagara rose winery wine that i really liked, a chickpea salad very good and a tasty bowl with lot of vegetables well well done !!! Dessert was excellent The portion are very generous I loved the dinner amd my soul is perfect...
