It is located in Boston Bar, BC, along the highway to Liloett and represents one of the remaining businesses in this small town. Most people do not stop in this small town, which over the past 150 years, slowly lost its significance in the Fraser Canyon and if they do, they only fill up gas at one of the three (3) gas stations. The name dates from the time of the Fraser Canyon Gold Rush (1858–1861). A "bar" is a gold-bearing sandbar or sandy riverbank, and the one slightly down river and opposite today's town was populated heavily by Americans, who were known in the parlance of the Chinook Jargon as "Boston men" or simply "Bostons." The food is good and the service extremly friendly. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating. Give it a try next time you drive through; enjoy some food and support a local business.

Neat little restaurant in Boston Bar along the highway. All you can eat soup for about 16$. Day we went there were 3 soups, Split pea, beef pepper, & Chicken gumbo. Pea soup was great, the beef soup was basically stew but more soupy but was expecting actually peppers in it but it tasting more like white pepper but was way to over powering with pepper, so couldnt eat much and although the chicken Gumbo was more just a chicken noodle soup which was great flavoring, the noodles were just way over cooked for are liking. It was busy day so service was good but little slow for a simple bowl of ice cream that i had to ask 2 different servers if it was coming. But still would definitely try it again when im passing by.

I would give the Old Town Inn 10 stars if I could, we went there for our 12anniversary and it was absolutely amazing, the cabin that we stayed in was so cozy and homey and these cabins have everything from hot water to your own bathroom and the owner Cindy made us feel so at home, she is my kind of people and they have a cook who has been with them from the beginning and she makes delicious food, I would definitely recommend this place to others and I can't wait to go back

We really enjoyed our stop at this Restaurant and love the accommodations. Everything so neat and tidy and clean. The food is absolutely fantastic.

This restaurant serves its community and lots of travellers. I’ve heard from many, many people that this is a long time favourite of locals as a gathering place for them. So I drove all the way from Vancouver to see in person.

It’s the people that made the visit so amazing. I highly recommend this as a recharge on your way to somewhere else or just even as a destination as a family getaway for the day. I highly recommend renting their cabins, making a weekend or a midweek getaway of it. They are so amazing history behind these cabins is of great interest. There’s some very interesting pictures on the walls of the cabins which expressed the local history kind of must be seen.

My personal recommendation is to check out their website and book Director give them a call. Make sure they have availability. It seems their Cabins are very sought after. I also noticed they were in the middle of refurbishing another cabin, which was on the property. I can’t wait to see the results of that. I’m gonna make another trip up in the near future. It’s interesting by the time I left I felt as always, I had some sort of a family connection to...

We stayed here during the long weekend at the end of September 2024. This is a wonderful place to stay. As it says "Old Town" so don't expect the Ritz Carlton! The cabins are very rustic but full of history. They are very clean, fully supplied and even have a kitchen and full-size refrigerator and stove with an oven. The bed (which is in a private room in the cabin) was very comfortable, we had a terrific sleep. The cabins are much lower than the highway next to the main building, so it was very quiet. The food in the restaurant was WAY above what we would expect for an out of the way "Quaint" little restaurant, including the pizzas - better than we've had from any of the well-known pizza places around Canada - "BY FAR"! We were blown away by everything we ate there during our two days stay and the bar was very well stocked with pretty much anything we would want. The staff were amazing, very friendly and willing to help us in any way we needed. The owners Cindy and Dale were terrific, very helpful and have a wonderful sense of humor. The prices on the food were lower than we expected for the quality and the cost of the stay in the cabin was also very reasonable. Would we stay again _"Absolutely", would we recommend Old Towne Inn Chuckwagon Bar & Grill - "We...

This was our third visit to the Old Town Inne and as usual it did not disappoint. We stayed in Cabin 2 once again. We found it spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was great to visit the adjacent Chuckwagon Grill again for some delicious meals! Huge home cooked portions and mouth wateringly delicious! The staff were super attentive and engaging. “Bruce” in particular was fantastic! It was my wife’s birthday over the course of the weekend. When we returned to our cabin after an afternoon excursion we arrived back to find our cabin decorated with a Happy Birthday banner with balloons, a birthday card signed by all the staff at the Inne, a twenty dollar gift certificate for the Grill and a beautiful bottle of wine! The hosts Dale and Cindy are simply amazing. We cannot wait for our next trip back! Drew and Shaunna...
