Calamari was very good. Crunchy, but disappointed in smallish size (of individual pieces. That doesn't mean it wasnt enough, portions were very balanced. Though compared to the burger, it was about half size. My only gripe would be the price of the calamari. Not that a bit under 17 dollars is too much for many restaurants to charge for it, but that the compared price to other appetizers was a little expensive for the placing on the menu. Though considerably most everywhere charges a lot for calamari, and this is no exception, but I'm very pleased with the fact that two tzatziki were provided and these breaded squid had a very satisfying soft crunch, without being too greasy or partially raw (they cooked it properly). Either good for two separate portions or two people. The calamari still tasted good later. Pescatarians have a few options on the menu. Fish burger was one of the other things I was looking at. Decided my main would be a BBQ mushroom pepper jack burger. Awesome, juicy, mushrooms were tasty and cooked... Yam fries were spilled and my puppy ate them. Ordered a cod burger, thinking it would be a real piece of cod, the menu shows a picture of nice big fish fillets with their fish&chips, I assumed the cod burger would be the same, it was not, I got a frozen mashed fish patty, could of been anything, might of been some cod in it, it did not taste good. I figured I would go a bit healthier so I paid an extra 3.50 to have a ceasar salad instead of fries, This too was not good, it was quite a small portion of wilted outer romaine lettuce, some ceasar salad dressing, parmesan cheese and bacon bits from a shaker, this too was not very good tasting. The beef burgers looked okay, but don't pay the extra 3.50 for the soup of the day, it's only a small cup of soup, better off sticking to the fries, even though they say their hand cut, the ones we were served looked like they came from a bag of frozen fries. went in with my wife she was in first got a table then i joined her waiter took our order saw him writing it down then he brings coffee (which i ordered also) to other tables first which was wrong since we were there long before others i reminded him about the coffee which he finally brought then about 25 minutes later says he wants to double check what we ordered and the order wasn’t placed to the kitchen so we walked out and will never return very despicable service i’ve been to other countries and NEVER has this...
