Ladybug Coffee — Restaurant in Area A (Wynndel/Crawford Bay/Riondel)

A nice spot to grab a bite and drink waiting for the ferry. If you're smart when getting off the ferry stop here to avoid the crazy rush up the hill. Great lighting inside and glad to see a hearty layer of dates on their date square ( most places are cheap and hardly put any on). Not 5 star dining but a very pleasant experience. Got off the ferry, walked in to order, standing with my cane. The two women waited on the 2 people in front of me and then stood by the counter talking to each other and working. Neither looked up, acknowledged me in any way. There was no one behind me, and I was right at the counter where you order and pay. I finally left. Are senior women with walking devices invisible? I stopped at the Lady Bird Café twice during our trip to Crawford Bay. Both times I received excellent service and the coffee and snacks were delicious. I had a large order while waiting for the ferry and the ladies whipped everything together quickly and didn’t seem to mind at all that my husband was honking and yelling at me to jump in the van (lol!)....
