This cafe ruined my life. I got the focaccia and it was so good that I couldn’t bear to eat anything else. Until I finally ran out of focaccia and had to go on a hunger strike. I live hours away and it is not feasible for me to make such a long drive to get more of their life changing doughy goodness so I began frequenting my local bakeries in search of a focaccia that could simulate the bliss brought on by kippers focaccia. This hunt was to no avail. All other bread products are inedible in comparison. I wish I could go back to before I ate this focaccia, for now all food will be unsatisfactory. Until the day I return I will consume a diet of meal supplements in misery thinking of the day I held that warm...

We made an excursion to the shop & café for lunch today as we’d heard good things about it, but found it sadly disappointing. The $8 apricot nectar I chose to drink is actually more like syrup. The focaccia pizza of the day was meat lover’s. I chose that. The 4 pieces for $16 were lukewarm and had one kind of meat (ham). My companion had a breakfast sandwich which was fine and came with a tiny smear of aioli on the plate, for decoration perhaps? We went into the shop afterwards but it too was disappointing. There was an interesting selection of items, but the jars of preserves had dust on the lids, giving a poor impression. The only redeeming aspect of the trip to Klippers was the...

Amazing place to just stop by for a coffee and pastry. It has both amazing outdoor sitting/eating/chilling places, next to the gardens or apple orchards (protected from the sun), plus quiet indoor spots. My wife loves their espresso, while I loved their americanos. I loved their croissants and my wife found their vegan homemade bar amazing. I haven't even mentioned that this place is actually an indoor vegetable marketplace. Totally worth it to stop by for a coffee/refreshment on the way past, or if you are in the area, stop by for their own organic vegetables. We learned about this place, while meeting the owners at a Vancouver...

Great market and breakfast … we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere- is dog friendly which is nice. Maybe a bit pricey for both the food and the marketplace - but not unreasonable considering the quality and the location. The veggie omelette however was dry and lacking flavor - but the Eggs Benny was from scratch and excellent… we have also bought bread and eggs and other fruits and veggies from the marketplace and all of good flavor and quality
