Now here's a a quaint little cafe 24 klms west of Salmon Arm. A part of the building that's home to Dreamcycle Motorcycle museum, (a great place to visit if you're a fan of motorcycles) opposite the Chevron gas station on the Trans Canada highway. This little cafe rocks and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I travel alot and visit this cafe every month. Some reviews I read indicated a long wait for food. That's probably because everything is homemade and it's worth the wait. If you hit it at peak times, your order may take a while. It's the real deal brothers and sisters. No processed or frozen food. Everything is made from scratch including desserts and pastries which are to die for. The freshly baked cinnamon buns came out of the oven while I was eating breakfast and they are huge. Black Forest cake, carrot cake, pies, muffins you name it. I could write a short book on this place. Great choice of coffees and other hot drinks. The owner Mark is very knowledgeable and loves to talk about bikes. He also has an excellent range of souvenirs may he has custom made such as the Bowser...

Baking and pies all look amazing….it was hard to choose just one, so took a piece of carrot cake to go and ate the butter tart as an appetizer so didn’t make the photo! Cookies the size of your head! Worth a stop!
Notch hill road is a lovely country well paved road to get back on the highway heading west after you realize you can’t turn left leaving the cafe. (We were pulling a little...
