My friends and I were excited for some dim sum. We walked in the mid-afternoon and recieved some table water and an extra water carafe. After fifteen minutes (and watching people that had been seated after us place their orders), I asked the woman running food if we could order (even tea would have been great). She acknowledged my request, then we were ignored for even longer. After almost thirty minutes without anything more than water, we got up to leave and a man ran up from the back with a notepad and didn't say a thing (not even apologize!) as we walked out.
I worked in service for years, and I've never been ignored like this in a restaurant - ever. The place wasn't even busy, we were one of only five or six groups.

I was impressed with each plate and surprised by the quality for a restaurant in such a remote location. The chef here deserves a huge level of praise and the staff were very attentive.
