Dec 19 2022 5:30pm The girl at the counter has absolutely horrible customer service. I asked how much a slice of pizza is because the sign out front looks like "slice 2.60" when a slice is 4.88$. So if I was to get 2 slices it would be 10$ so I asked how much a small pizza is. She responded "ugh! It would be about a 20 min wait because we have a lot of orders" ... like ok I didn't ask that.. I asked how much a small was. If I am ordering a pizza I would expect it to be at least a 15 to 20 min wait. She seemed like I was such an inconvenience to her. She was huffing and puffing with each of the 3 questions I asked. I ended up just getting 1 slice because she was so horrible. Pizza tasted good but severely overpriced compared to the endless fresh dough shops on the mainland. Also I would change your (slice 2go) sign because it looks like (slice 2.60) Will probaby not go back. Very disapointed.

This place is a joke. I try and get a pizza slice for lunch several times a week yet have never been able to get a slice. I ask for puzza and get told id have to wait 20 minutes. That does not work on a lunch break. I will never try and get lunch here ever again. The pizza is not worth even trying to get a slice. Go to jackfnife pizza down the road. Once again i tried to give them another chance cause id love a slice for lunch. NOPE! No slices to be had at 12'05PM of course. I highly recomend trying to eat lunch here never.

Counter service this morning made me feel as if I was a distraction from the other jobs being done. There was no pizza made so early as eight this morning, so was sold some unidentified pizza from the fridge. Reheated, but since the server was too busy with what she was doing the pizza was burnt. She also brought it to me on a plate when I asked for a box, when I confirmed my request again, I was made to feel like I was needlessly taking up her time. Proper service was desired, next time I will think twice about returning.

Ordered a pizza cost Almost $60. Open the box before leaving and I was blown away at how disgusting the chicken on it looked and how thin It was. My son had one bite spit it out. I brought it back to the front and asked if this is normally how their pizzas look and I wanted a refund. So the girl goes and gets her manager. We only use premium products on our pizza she says. I said well, where are you getting your products from because it doesn’t look very premium to me. Anyways she stared at me, basically wouldn’t give me a refund so I’m trying not to make a big scene. Not a thing was offered, after wasting my time waiting with my child, to make it right. I said, forget it and was about to leave but I wasn’t gonna get ripped off like this. So I walked back to the front, put the pizza down and said I want to refund. Cmon this pizza is worse than a Little Caesars hot and ready. She tried to give me some excuse instead of refunding me, and I said I don’t wanna hear it. I wanna refund. It’s getting awkward at this point clearly this woman doesn’t want to admit that this pizza was made beyond poorly. So if you like overpriced, Paper thin pretty much burnt pizza, oh and being treated like you’re nothing, then go right ahead and waste your money here. I’ll never return to this place. What a joke.

You have changed this interaction to fit your narrative. Not once did he swear you or staff. So you are calling my husband/customer a liar? He clearly stated he was not swearing at you or your staff. Before you try and make this look like your the victim maybe reverse the roles. if you were trying to return something and a manager dragged it out in front of other customers continuing to ask what’s the problem and giving excuses rather than just saying sorry sir let me return that for you and give you your money back…… how would you feel in that circumstance? How would you feel being belittled in a scene of in front of others? he said you made him feel uncomfortable. You made him feel like he didn’t want it even return it because he felt you were gonna continue to make excuses of why your prices are $60 for a large pizza. Before calling people liars maybe put yourself in the other person shoes and see how...

Summer 2025 UPdate ~ Amazing slices 🍕 as always, had to stop by a few times! YUM highly recommend, so worth it 😀

EDIT Pizza #2 was FABULOUS! We did a large (biggest size) half Nacho, half CDN & it was decadent, hubby also got a slice last week (Hawaiian) & it was excellent.

So I had to upgrade our rating to 5/5!!! Looking forward to having more, soon 🍕 😋

Ordered pick up, great service was ready in 15min, pretty tasty (extreme Hawaiian) tho pricey ($46 for large + added 10% tip)

The Pizza was too heavy on the BBQ sauce in spots (supposed to be drizzled on top) so we used a paper towel to remove the big blobs as it was overpowering the rest of the pizza, though it was tasty, it was strong ~ needed more onion (very little on pizza tho it was a listed topping), would add jalapenos next time for a little heat.

Would order again when staying in the area.

Overall a very good experience, tho it's the most expensive pizza we have ever had (& we are pizza fans, have tried all the local highly rated pizza spots in...
