Did you know Malakwa means "๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ก๐" in the Indigenous Shuswap language? ๐ฆ Neither did I, until my girlfriend and I stopped in to the Malakwa Cafe for lunch and got to chatting with our welcoming hosts.

I felt the need to review this, as it should be more like a 3.5 rating tops with all averages, and that is high given...

Question if it actually meets health and safety certification. Although our server was very cheerful and pleasant, we waited over an hour for mediocre eggs, pancakes and burned bacon. Unacceptable. Definitely give it a miss. If travelling east, go to Revelstoke instead; if west, eat in Sicamous...
