Local residents may not want this gem to become too well known as I can imagine that they want to keep it to themselves. I was recommended to the Frog Peak Cafe by friends in Castlegar who regularly make the pilgrimage to this delicious Mecca. Read moreTo say the food here is good, would be a terrible understatement. To say the food is great even, wouldnt be doing the quality of it justice. In fact, I have yet to find a word in the english language to properly describe how incredible the food here is. If the royal family were to visit, this is where I would recommend. The taste is on another level, and doesnt leave you feeling greasy or heavy, leaves you feeling refueled amd energized. The smoothies and iced coffee, I felt I didnt deserve such a fine tasting beverage. Frog peak sets a high, high bar for cafes and restaurants around. If youre passing through, and are hungry, or even live in the area, this should be your first choice of where to eat out....
