The Nineteenth - Castlegar Restaurant — Restaurant in Area J (Lower Arrow/Columbia)

I found out that Castlegar has a Burger Month during the month of August. (Doesn't seem like the best month to do that, and isn't heavily advertised.) After looking at all of the entries, I came up to the golf course for their burger. It was sooo good, I couldn't believe it. I've had burgers all over the place, and have written about them, but this one was easily top three. I remember having one in St. Augustine, Florida, that is rated in the USA's Top 25 Burgers, but this one blew it away. I literally came back the next day to have it again.

The staff were super nice both times I went as well. The 4 star for the clubhouse is because it's just another golf clubhouse, nothing head turning, but clean and spacious. I'll be going back for their entry again during this year's...

I will admit, when we first walked into the restaurant, it seemed very plain, old panel board on the wall and dated, so I wasn't expecting much. But after ordering, with a very professional waitress, and then getting our food, I was very impressed.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the fig and brie flat bread was amazing!

I can't wait to try it again along with some other menu items. Everything was well prepared; it was hot, fresh, and tasted so good. --🍽🍷 We both enjoyed our meal very much.

The golf greens were beautifully manicured from what I could see; it made me want to go golfing.

I can easily say it is without a doubt; this menu is one of the better places for nice food options...

Came here with the family on our vacation. The service was amazing and everyone loved their food. I would like to send a shout out to the chef for her Lemongrass Chicken. Wow, it was so tasty and I wouldn't change a single thing. The chicken was tender and the sauce was mouthwatering and I kept eating even after I was full. I was lucky enough to try food off everyone's plates so I can also say the pickle fries and regular fries are especially yummy here too. And those crispy Brussels sprouts with that vinaigrette.....Very yummy. I hope to stop by again when I am...
