On our way up north to the cottage, a friend recommended we check out a Korean chip truck — and we're so glad we did! If you're a fan of Korean food (or just good food in general), this place is an absolute gem. We tried the beef Bulgogi poutine, and Korean fried chicken, and everything was on point. The portions were massive — definitely enough to share, or to bring leftovers back to the cottage. Service was friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. The truck itself had a casual, road-trip-friendly vibe, perfect for a quick stop on the way north. Verdict: Great flavors, generous portions, and a fun take on Korean comfort food — this chip truck is 100% worth the detour. We’ll definitely be back next trip.

Delicious, don’t sleep on this gem! Got the cheeseburger with fries and today’s special, the Korean Chicken with gochujang and rice. Didn’t even get a chance to take a picture of the burger before it was inhaled. The chicken was so good (all breast), every grain of rice was literal perfection and the spicy sauce was out of this world. Cleaned the bowl with crispy, fresh cut fries. Worth the short wait (on a Friday summer evening no less). Keep up the good work!!

We’ve had a terrific experience with Katrine chip truck. The fries were fresh and tasted amazing. The fish was decent size and had excellent flavour. We also got some burgers and chicken nuggets which did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly and lovely to deal with. There’s also an outdoor picnic area which we did not stay due to weather but it looked clean and fairly large.

We’ve had a terrific experience with Katrine chip truck. The fries were fresh and tasted amazing. The fish was decent size and had excellent flavour. Stopped there last night for supper. I had chicken burger and a small poutine and husband had bilgogi burger (recommended by friends) and fries. Chicken burger was best I have ever had ... no frozen chicken patty ... was made with three large fresh, home made tempura battered pieces of white chicken meat plus fresh crisp lettuce and mayo. Poutine was delicious (I ordered half of a small as portions are large) ... curds, beef gravy and fresh cut fries ... yum ... husband said his bilgogi burger was absolutely delicious, as were his fries. Owner brought us each a beef "dumpling" to try ... so good ... highly recommend this chip truck. Menu is varied with usual chip truck offerings as well as Philly cheese steak burger and...

Best French Fries in Ontario, large portions even the small size will feed an army, great fast service, staff of at least three people, ( family business, whole family pitches in, get the recipe, because there even good the next day cold, or reheated. EVERY YEAR I STOP THERE ON MY WAY TO TEMAGAMI FROM AJAX ( camping canoeing, survival trips) just have to detour just for those hamburgers and fries, you'll be contentedly stuffed greatest little mom and pop operation, trust me I just have to pull off highway 11 just for this place 5 star food at a great price, and super generous size...
