Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Armour Township

Seems to get worse every time I go in… only Timmie’s within 40 minutes of us… thankfully we don’t go often unless we’re on a road trip. Tonight I had to go via the drive thru (restaurant not open), looking for classic doughnuts. Question 1: “You got blueberry fritters”? Answer: Typical intercom quality with the blueberry in the response. Question 2: “You got walnut crunch”? Answer: A clear, audible “yes” Okay says I, I’ll take 3 blueberry fritters and 3 walnut crunch… no reply, literally, no reply. So I drive up, get handed a box and charged $10. I get home, open the box and there’s the walnut crunch but some other blueberry things… which turns out to be sour cream… which I can’t (won’t) eat. I called the store, explained my “concern”… more “communication issues”… finally get told they have the fritters… I guess that was too hard to mention at the drive thru Sorry for the long post… venting and wishing we had other...

Every second Friday, we meet at this time Hortons to pick up my daughter. We usually go in, grab some drinks and snacks and it's usually fair to good service. Last Friday evening, we went in after seeing a big back up at the drive through. There were around 5 other people waiting for food and a couple others came in after me. Apparently, it's now standard procedure to lock the doors on customers if they get busy. I had left my cellphone in the car, so luckily we heard my daughter tapping on the windows to let us know that she was there. I went to the exit on the other side and was told by staff not to let people in. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen!
