Restaurant Maurice — Restaurant in Ayer's Cliff

Got some take out from them last nights. I wouldn’t order again and especially not the smoked meat sandwich. We also had a club sandwich that we had to rebuild at home, we are staying 100m from their location so we doubt it got messed up during transport. It was most likely just thrown in the box. I understand times are hard for restaurants right now, so I think they should try to at least serve presentable dishes in order to retain what’s left of their business. Oh and the poutine was good.

Avoid this place, rude service and scam

Passed here by chance ordered 2 submarines, Tipped the guy serving us because it seemed like a great area.

Once we received our order, we had 95% lettuce in the submarines and basically had 3 strips of steak.

Just a small diner in a village where we went for a drive and stopped in for lunch. But my husband said he had the best pizza in his life. And we’re seniors who have been to Italy. My chicken sandwich was also good and made of real meat (not deli slices). The place is clean and bright. And the server nicely saved the day by pointing out our bag almost left behind. ...
