KFC — Restaurant in Aylmer

I went there tonight, and ordered a vegetarian plant based chicken burger as well as a ten piece bucket. I want to say how deeply sorry I am to the staff at this restaurant, who clearly try their hardest and will still get yelled at or belittled by people who should know better.

The girl working the register was very nice, friendly and outgoing even with all the negativity thrown her way. It was obvious the mean comments were getting to her, and I want to let the team at the KFC in aylmer know she did a good job.

The cooks did fantastic with my burger. I'm an annoying vegetarian (I get it, we suck) but you could hardly tell it was a veg burger.

I think a lot of the customers in Aylmer need to grow up. Waiting for your food might suck, but when you see 10+ people waiting in line you should use your brain and realize that your food isn't going to come in 15 minutes.

They have staffing problems. Guess what, all of these fast food restaurants do because people BELITTLE AND BERATE The workers. You all talk about how healthcare workers are heroes, but totally leave out the people who make your food and deal with rudeness constantly.

You guys did great. I will email corporate to talk about how good of a job you all did and hopefully bring positivity to your days. Take pride in your work and keep doing...

Good job KFC in Alymer. My wife and I decided to take a drive from Georgetown to Alymer today to visit friends. We stopped at KFC to pick up lunch for the 4 of us. Decided on the Triple Bucket Deal. I call it a deal because we found a 25% off coupon on line. There was more more than enough food for all of us. I asked for the chicken to be cooked slightly more than the norm. It was perfect. Chicken was tender and still juicy. Chicken wings tasty and crunchy. I thought everything was perfect. I don’t know what anyone could ever complain about. I have read some of the bad reviews and I don’t understand what people expect. My god, it’s a fast food outlet. They should leave their attitudes at home. It’s not like Mom would make but still good for what is is. FAST FOOD. Yes, the place could use a paint job but so what. Good job KFC Alymer. We will return. Bruce and Linda. Georgetown, Ontario. Avoid this business!! Unbelievable BAD customer service. Guy behind counter is arrogant and rude. We.did try to call in our order ahead due to the app not working and we were told that the app is not his problem and we were then hung up on. Then my husband drives 15 minutes to do walk in order and gets told absolutely no modifications to combos but we could order all other options as sides. Well of course we can!! Because you would then make a larger sale!

I’ve lived in Aylmer area 20 years and although it has been hit and miss at KFC for some time, this is the last straw!! Whether you are a franchise owner or the manager as you stated (guy at counter) Never ever will we give you a dime of the hard earned money that we make… in…..you know it….customer service!!

If I could give you a negative number I would. Completely appalled by...
