I'm a huge pizza fan, and I've had my fair share of local and branch chain pizzas. Now I've had Peter's Pizza at birthday parties before, but this time I went with the panzerotti. I have to say, the food was definitely unique. The dough was lightly cooked but thoroughly, the toppings were natural and had their own distinct flavors, and the dipping sauce I got was not like the same sugary marinara sauce you would get at Domino's, but a lighter, richer and less viscous blend. And, for $14, I would say it was worth the money for sure. Not to mention that Matt was welcoming and friendly. Having Peter's Pizza is personally a nice breath of fresh air after having the same old big chain pizzas for a while, and as an added bonus, you're supporting local. Come check out Peter's pizza, you either love them or hate them, but this is the best pizza in town if you're looking for...
Read moreOrdered pizza here a month ago and asked for a total on the phone from the young woman who answered the phone. When I went to pick it up it, the owner rang it in and it was almost $12 more than I quoted but I paid and left. The food is great. Went to order again tonight and was going to order 2 med pizzas, chicken Caesar salad and garlic bread. There are 3 kids so the pizzas had 3 of the same ingredients but I wanted to add a 4th ingredient on halves (4 different ingredients on the 4 halves). The man who answered the phone said "we don't do halves dear". Very rude....I'm not your dear. When I said I guess I need to cancel the order and was about to say and will try to figure things out and call back, all I got out was I guess i need to cancel my order and he just hung up. Very rude. I will never order from here again despite how good...
Read moreI would leave zero stars if I could. Called specifically to work out pricing and was quoted for a regular medium pizza that would take 25 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes after calling and was told it would be another 25 minutes. Upon arrival the second time I waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged. A medium pizza is $13.25 (what he told me they were charging me) on their website and the owner rang up $17.75. I told him the pizza was 40 minutes late and I was being charged $4.50 more than quoted. I told him that I wasn't paying that price, especially for a pizza 40 minutes later than expected. He then took the pizza and put it on top of his oven and said "I can't charge that little, gotta pay labour". How this clown is still in business with such good reviews is beyond me. I also took a look at the pizza and it looked like greasy...
