Subway — Restaurant in Baie-D'Urfé

I was greeted at the entrance by an employee smoking (right next to the door). I politely pointed to the signs saying this is not allowed, and asked him to move away from the door to smoke. He did not move and was rude in his response.

I then called to speak to a manager, and the same employee answered the phone. The employee did not speak any French, but old me the manager was not available, and hung up on me when I asked him to leave a message for the manager regarding his improper behaviour.

I will never eat at this store, and suggest others go elsewhere if they wish to avoid...

J’ai passé ma 1e commande en ligne chez Subway via l’application. C’est bien fait, on choisit le mets principal et on le modifie à notre besoin. Tout le cycle est bien fait, jusqu’au suivi de la livraison. Là-dessus, 10/10

La livraison arrive mais il manque des morceaux. J’ai commandé 2 sandwich + 2 trio enfants. J’appel le chauffeur « Doordash », pas de réponse ni de retour d’appel. J’appel le restaurant et on me raccroche au nez 3x. La 4e fois, la jeune fille me réponds et me parle seulement en anglais, elle ne comprends rien du français même pas de base. Je transfère en anglais car je vois bien que j’irais nul part, lui explique la situation et me dit qu’il n’y a pas de breuvage n’y accompagnement. Après 5 minutes, elle confirme que oui c’est vrai, c’est inscrit. Elle me demande de passer les chercher. Je lui réponds que non, j’ai fait livrer je ne me déplacerais pas. Je lui demande de me livrer les articles manquants et elle me dit que c’est pas possible. Un remboursement, non plus. Je lui demande de parler à son boss , il n’est pas là et il ferme dans 15 min. Elle me dit appel demain. 😤 aucune option

Je calme mes enfants déçu et on ouvre nos sandwich, rien avoir avec la commande au comptoir. Un sandwich je me demandais s’il avait mis du fromage. le miens, pain sec et seulement deux « proutte » de sauce. Réellement, la moitié rempli à comparer du restaurant.

Mon expérience? Malheureusement cet expérience va m’empêcher de recommander en ligne. Avoir été en personne, nos sandwich aurait été selon leur standard et la commande complète. Parce que indirecte, on se permet.

Ça m’empêchera pas d’aller aux bonnes succursales que je fréquente mais pas celle-là et pas en ligne non plus. Bien hâte de voir le résultat de mon...

Hours on the door and google state they close @ 9pm. Walked in @ 845-850pm and was told they were closed. The door was still open with no indications they were no longer serving. When I asked them to make me an order they refused. Don't respect their own hours with lazy staff. If you are going here make sure you go well before closing as they appear to shut...
