Ah La vache ! La fondue en cavale — Restaurant in Baie-Saint-Paul

Amazingly good food (coming from Germany I know how Swiss fondue has to taste), great service with employees/owners loving what they are doing and enough flexibility to find a table despite of being fully booked out (as always I feel). Also, I love the concept of the included taxes and tip in the marked prices - makes it so much easier at the end. If I lived in this city, I would come to Ah La Vache...

One word for this restaurant - WOW ! If you're looking for something different to eat with a trip to Switzerland, this is your spot. The owner, walks around with his ''meule'' (round cheese) and shares his culture as well as his mom's recipes :) Just a delight.

For those who are intolerant to lactose, it might not be the best...

Quel Délice! Premièrement, avant de pouvoir se présenter... assurrez-vous d'avoir réservé car cet endroit est prisé! Maintenant je sais pourquoi! Nicolas nous a accueilli chaleureusement avec humour! Il sait comment rendre l'atmosphère agréable! Au menu.. mets de la Suisse apprêtés avec les produits frais du terroir de la région de Charlevoix!! Fondue, raclette et mises en bouches succulentes! Il y a longtemps que nous n'avons pas eu autant de plaisir à déguster nos plats en savourant chaque bouchée... On doit apporter notre vin et le prix des plats comprennent taxes et pourboire. Donc la finale est très abordable si on parle qualité-prix!! Vous ne pouvez quitter sans goûter sa boisson faite maison goûtant le sapin beaumier . Ce petit resto coquet mérite pour nous 7 étoiles. Petite note.. nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer Sophie qui a dû s'absenter ce soir là mais on aura sûrement la chance de la rencontrer à notre prochaine visite! Longue vie...
