We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant last week. The top quality local food was complemented perfectly with their great selection of organic wines. The portion sizes were generous and perfect for a several course menu.
Although we went with our three little kids, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. While it may have been too much time for the kids (as expected), the staff were incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our meal.
We were initially hesitant to travel 30 minutes to the restaurant from our hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded our expectations. The food and overall experience were well worth the journey.
The way the staff explained each plate to all of us simultaneously added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. It made the dining experience more immersive and engaging.
Due to our kids, we unfortunately didn't have time to try the cheese during our visit. However, we look forward to the opportunity to come back and taste it in the future.

The courses were presented beautifully, and each had a story behind its conception and the ingredients involved. The courses themselves were delicious. It's fantastic to find a restaurant using purely local ingredients from the farm and those surrounding it.
One thing to note is that if your french language skills are mediocre to poor like mine, it's very difficult to follow along when the chef is explaining the course. He explains it to the entire restaurant at the same time, and only in french (which is fair - we were the only english speaking table in the restaurant when we went, and had no expectations that they would explain in both languages).
