Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Baldwin Township

I just visited this Tim Hortons and waited long in the line to order extra large coffee with 4 cream and 2 sugar. I went out and drink coffee and coffee was completely cold or a little warm. I go back to ask for another coffee and when I told a lady who works there coffee is cold and she told me because I had a 4 cream in and that is the reason why coffee is cold. I told them I had so many times in the past same coffee like this one and coffee was hot and I have to wait to cool down in order to drink the coffee.

Now I got new coffee which supose to be hot or at least much warmer and what I get same coffee like first one. I told them coffee is the same like first one and I don't want it at all. They offer me money back which I didn't take. My question is for the owner of this TH is how long do you keep coffee there and why you serve coffee like this or do you keep coffee in a big container where coffee stay for a long time and cool down which is convenient for you to have coffee ready to serve. This Tim Hortons deserves no stars....as soon as you walk in the building, you can smell the toilets, THEY WERE FILTHY DIRTY!! I cannot believe the health dept. has not shut this place down. I have gone to many Tim Hortons, across Canada and have never encountered this filth before. Where do you think staff go to the washroom?? Right there and it is just a matter of time before someone passes alone some C-Diff to patrons. I live a couple of hours away and have had conversations with others who have been there and have had the same experience. On our way back through, we drove into Espanola to the Subway, used clean facilities, had a delicious sub, and we were on our way again. It was 10min out of our way, but well worth it. Clean up your act Tim Hortons...you need a full time employee,,,cleaning thoses restrooms continually. Men and Woman!! I am disgusted and disappointed in TIM HORTONS and the HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!! I gave one star because it would only post my comment with a rating..this place deserves NO STARS!!!...

I myself work at tim hortons and i work with all the shifts. I just visited this place with my brother and sister in law, the guy at register who said his name is MANMEET, very rude for what? Didn’t smile a bit? Why not? We were trying to have a good conversation with him he didn’t engage. It’s 5 am in the morning, i get it but hello? He just proceeded to make order and left it there. Upon telling him that, it was bit rude. He instantly responded with never come again. What? Our own people hate on each other, then why we complain on the growing racism towards Indian people. Sir, very wrong attitude and behaviour for long run. And i dont think owner would want this type of behaviour. Mr. MANMEET I HOPE YOU LEARN TO LOVE PEOPLE AND YOURSELF FIRST!!!!!
