Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Balgonie

Went to this location on Friday December 30 time 810 We order a large coffee, tea,ice cap and 3 breakfast meals We received all but the large coffee we notices that they didn't give us the coffee once we got to the city and than instead of driving back I went Robins in the city I called and let them know we didn't receive the coffee they said next time you come in it will be free So this morning at 815 we went to this location again we told them what happened on Friday they didn't understand what my husband was saying and they said did you call and he said yes we did I handed my points card to them to scan which I should of got a free tea with my points and a large coffee free But they still charged us for the coffee So now I paid twice for a large coffee which it was suppose be free I know nothing is free but we paid for the coffee on Friday and again this morning This is happens way to often and we are sick of having to come back and get...

By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I have had my order wrong multiple times. Once ordered a Turkey melt with has bread, cheese, turkey, and mayo. I got my food and went home. Got home to eat and they didn’t put any turkey.. on a turkey melt!! What?? They always forget to add any extra add ons I want and they charged me for. Their scanner was broken multiple times when I went and couldn’t collect points or even participate in roll up the rim. To put the cherry on top, today we went in the single lane drive through at a not busy time. We paid and we’re told to wait at the front. After 15+ minutes of waiting decided to call and let them know we were waiting. They told me “oh, sorry we forgot”. You’re joking ! He brings out our food and we are missing an item! Finally brings us everything we ordered, and a simple trip that should have taken 5 minutes maximum.. took us half an hour....

Hi so I think it was Friday the 4th 2024. So my dad and my siblings went to the city and stopped at this Tim Horton’s for a few donuts and drinks and In one of the Boston cream donuts was a freshly cut pinky hand nail in it. My dad and siblings and I were shocked as we where driving so an appointment in the city so we could not turn around. Which sucked as the donut nail was my little sister’s and now she refuses to eat any Boston cream in fear of finding something in there (she’s 7). We called them back and apologized and my dad said he would come back and show them the nail. After the appointment we came back and showed the nail and they apologized and gave us a few donuts. They were kind and I appreciate that but just he careful and beware of the Boston cream donut. Also I’m not even shocked anymore as things like this happen a lot at each Tim Horton we go to or fast...
